What data we process

We process only the data you give us yourself and the data that arises from the technical operation of the site.

• Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
• Technical log data: IP address and browser information, processed automatically by the site’s technical platform.

Purpose and legal basis

Data you send through the form is processed in order to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(a)), which you give via the checkbox on the form. Log data is processed to ensure the operation and security of the site and to count visitor numbers, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not store data on the website

The website does not store form data in a database or in your browser. Your message is delivered straight to the salon’s mailbox as an email. It is kept in that mailbox only for as long as handling the matter requires, after which it is deleted.

Cookies

The website uses no analytics, tracking or marketing cookies, and stores nothing about you in your browser. We therefore do not ask for cookie consent. We use Cloudflare’s cookieless visitor statistics, which tell us how many people visit each page; it sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites and does not identify you as an individual visitor. Videos in the gallery load only when you start them yourself; at that point the video service (YouTube or Vimeo) may set its own cookies. The map in the contact section is an ordinary image, so it does not contact any map service. The site administrator’s login uses a strictly necessary session cookie that does not apply to visitors.

Recipients of the data

We do not sell or disclose data for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — the site’s technical platform, logs and security.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the contact message by email.
• Google — the salon’s email mailbox.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of the service providers operate in the United States. Transfers are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to rectify, erase or port it. You may also restrict or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Requests can be sent to the email address above.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman, P.O. Box 800, 00531 Helsinki, Finland, tietosuoja@om.fi, tietosuoja.fi.

No profiling

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

We may update this policy, for example when service providers change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
